POSITIONS AVAILABLE

The Brief

Pricing Insight, a dynamic and innovative company is looking to develop a new pricing team capability. Build your consulting skills working closely with senior executives cross functional department in Sales, Marketing, Finance and Procurement.

You will be involved in details analytics across wide range of products and customers. Your ability to turn raw data into high quality advice to management will ensure that you have a leading role to play in the development of company pricing strategies.

You will be involved in the development of pricing architectures, trading agreement structures and tactical pricing plays. You will work closely with internal management and external consultants to build pricing capabilities via the development of planning tools, support processes and pricing tactics to support the marketing initiatives of the business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Consultant

Work with clients to develop pricing strategy solutions
Manage a team of analysts to deliver pricing and margin optimisation solutions for leading ASX and Fortune 500 clients
Work with Pricing Insight Director to develop strategy, team capability, client value delivery, client engagement and retention

2. Graduate Analyst

Evaluate industry, business structures and day-to-day operations manage pricing
Interview key stakeholders to identify current processes, policies and toolsets
Analyse sales data and test hypotheses
Build high quality visual communication to drive understanding and actionable insights for clients

Required Skill Set

1. Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Finance or Business
2. Distinction grade point average
3. Ability with numbers, analytical skills / statistics experience
4. Financial or operational knowledge helpful
5. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
6. Ability to present complex data "without the complexity"
7. Solid Excel skills & intermediate PowerPoint skills
8. Understanding of pricing management fundamentals
